Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Algaven PhycoGen Private Limited. We take care to ensure that our products reach you in good condition. Please review this Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. General Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been delivered.

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered where a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us, subject to the conditions below.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs and/or video showing the product, packaging, and damage or defect

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we may arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.

3. Conditions for Eligible Returns or Replacements

Where a return or replacement is approved:

• The product must remain unused and, where applicable, unopened or unwashed.
• The product should be retained in its original packaging.
• All labels, accessories, and accompanying items should be returned with the product.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Please do not send any product back to us unless our support team has confirmed the return instructions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we do not accept returns for:

• Products purchased during clearance sales
• Products purchased under festive or promotional offers
• Products that have been used, opened, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products returned without their original packaging where applicable

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible refund has been approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may additionally depend on your bank or payment provider.

Any original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund relates to an error on our part or the product was received damaged or defective.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If payment has already been collected for an eligible cancelled order, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
